OYO GOVERNORSHIP RACE: APC POSTPONES PRIMARIES
The Governorship primaries of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State has been postponed.

reports that the primaries have been postponed till Friday, 27th May, 2022.
Four Governorship aspirants of the party, Akeem Agbaje, Azeez Adeduntan, Bayo Adelabu and Teslim Folarin were said to have been present at the Obafemi Awolowo Stadium venue in Ibadan .
The primary election committee members led by Senator Tokunbo Afikuyomi had also arrived.
Factional chairman of the Oyo APC, Isaac Omodewu was equally sighted at the venue.
The APC Governorship primary election is being held to choose the party’s standard bearer for the 2023 governorship poll in Oyo state.
