Super Eagles winger, Ademola Lookman, has revealed that switching his allegiance to Nigeria was the best decision he's ever made in his footballing career.
Speculations spread years ago that the former RB Leipzig Player will like most of Foreign-Born players snub Nigeria for England, buy reverse was the case.
Speaking in an chat, Lookman confirmed that the Nigeria decision was the type that took him a long time to make.
“It was nothing to do with my parents because they wouldn’t really tell me to go here or there,” the Atalanta Bergamo forward told The Times.
“I wanted to build a career internationally. The decision was something that I thought about for a long time before making. To play for Nigeria is an honour first of all and the best decision I ever made. I’m happy I made it.”
