The director of Operations HONOR 103.5 Fm located at 40 Adebajo street kongi layout Bodija Ibadan who also doubles as the MD Safe Casa realty has on Monday 4th of December sent his heartwarming appreciation to everyone who made the project "Walk with Honor season 1" a reality.
The event which was held on Saturday 2nd of December 2023 saw walkers stroll from Honor Fm Premises down to Bodija, Amusement park down to Samonda, Sango, Mokola to Saabo then to Adamasingba sports complex.
Comrade Awodele Oluseun also know as SamAwo who was addressing gentlemen of the press in his office gave God the glory that the event was a success and more importantly one that'll go down in history being the first of it's kind. He further stressed that himself and his team will use the same energy in preparation for the station's one year anniversary billed to hold by March 2024.
Walk with Honor season 1 was designed to sensitize the people on the need to constantly excercise their body to foster healthy living and was ably led by Com Awodele Oluseun who received dignitaries and invitees in his office before hosting them on Yoruba newspaper report before the walk started by 8am.
The event had in attendance the Honourable commissioner for environment Hon Mogbonjubola, the commissioner for youth and sports Hon Wasilat Adefemi Adegoke, The SSA Broadcast to governor Seyi makinde, Mrs Bosed Sadiq, Ambassador ROMOKE AYINDE KAYROM LEE, Mr James Adegoke and ex international Dimeji lawal MON. Also in attendance were listeners of Honor Fm, OAPs like Obadare Oladosu Obasports, Sekinat Adegoke Yusuf, Samson Balogun, Rachael Oluwafemi Oladipupo, Iyadunni Bisola and others.
He then thanked all sponsors and partners like Sumal foods, Nigerian breweries, Neyo clothings, MM boutique, Mr Johnson furnitures, Oludasile Fuji, SAMMIEVINE SUPERMARKET, Green pastures, Safe Casa realty and Bonike bakeries for their support prior, during and after the event, promised to also reciprocate the love by always being there for their businesses whenever he's called up.
