Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu gives out daughter in marriage
A week following a private engagement ceremony, Modupeoreoluwa, the daughter of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State, exchanged vows with her partner, Oladele, on Saturday, April 6th. The wedding ceremony, held at the Cathedral Church of Christ in Lagos, was solemnized by the Diocesan Bishop of Lagos, Rt. Revd. Ifedola Gabriel Okupevi.
Following the marriage vows, guests enjoyed a reception in celebration of the newlyweds. Distinguished guests in attendance included Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Remi Tinubu, Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State, Senator Hope Uzodinma of Imo State, Dr. Alex Otti of Abia State, Caleb Mutfwang of Plateau State, as well as former Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode, and Governor Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra State.
Modupeoreoluwa, a legal professional, currently practices law at Olaniwun Ajayi, a prestigious legal firm based in Lagos.
