Mr. Ajibola Adeosun, CEO of Harmony Links Telecoms, and his wife, Mrs. Iyabode Adeosun, Bag Chieftaincy Titles in Ibadan
Mr. Ajibola Adeosun, the CEO of Harmony Links Telecoms, and his wife, Mrs. Iyabode Adeosun, were honored with prestigious chieftaincy titles in Ibadan on Friday. Mr. Ajibola was bestowed with the title of Asaaju Balogun Ekotedo Ibadanland, while his wife received the title of Asaaju Iyalode Ekotedo Ibadanland. The coronation ceremony took place on the 8th of November, 2024, at the residence of Baale Ekotedo, located on Ayorinde Street, Ekotedo, Ibadan.
According to Baale Ekotedo, Elder Dr. Taiye Ayorinde JP, Chief Ajibola Adeosun was recognized for his remarkable contributions to community development, which earned him this distinguished title.
The event was graced by notable dignitaries, including the wife of the Senator representing Oyo South Senatorial District, Alhaja Funmilayo Alli, who ably represented the distinguished Senator. Other esteemed guests included Chief Joseph Ayeni, the Asipa Baale of Ekotedo; Chief Remi Adenuga, the Osi Baale; Chief Kayode Olaoye, the Baameto of Ekotedo; Chief Samuel Sogbetu, the Otun Balogun; Chief Mrs. Toyin Adeleke, the Iyalode; and Chief Shina Oladapo, the Agbaakin of Ekotedo.
In his reaction to the honor, Chief Ajibola Adeosun expressed his gratitude, saying:
