Hon. Matthew Alani Oyeniyi, Congratulates Hon. Adedeji Olajide And Wife On Odidiomo And Yeye Odidiomo Chieftaincy Titles
A former Ward 12 Councilor in Ibadan North Local Government and Federal House of Representatives hopeful, Hon. Matthew Alani Oyeniyi, has extended heartfelt congratulations to Hon. Adedeji Dhikrullahu Olajide Odidiomo who represents Ibadan North-West/Ibadan South-West Federal Constituency, Hon. Adedeji Dhikrullahi Stanley Olajide, on his conferment as the Odidiomo of Ibadanland by the Olubadan of Ibadan, His Imperial Majesty, Oba (Dr.) Akinloye Owolabi Olakulehin.
In a personally signed statement, Hon. Oyeniyi described the chieftaincy recognition as a befitting honour for a leader who has consistently demonstrated passion for grassroots empowerment, youth development, and quality representation at the national level.
“The conferment of the Odidiomo title is a reflection of the Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Digital, Information Communication Technology, and Cybersecurity, Hon. Olajide’s selfless service, strong connection with the people, and enduring contributions to the progress of Ibadanland,” Hon. Oyeniyi stated.
He also congratulated Hon. Olajide’s wife, Alhaja Adenike Shakirat Olajide, who was honoured with the title of Yeye Odidiomo of Ibadanland, acknowledging her unwavering support and joint commitment to societal development alongside her husband.
According to Oyeniyi, the recognition by the Olubadan is not only a personal milestone for the Olajide family but also a symbol of inspiration for younger politicians and aspiring leaders within Ibadanland and beyond.
He prayed for continued success and wisdom for the couple, urging them to see their elevation as a renewed call to greater service and impact.
