ABORISADE GREETS OYO RESIDENTS, URGES STEADFASTNESS AHEAD OF 2027 POLLS
A chieftain of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Oyo State, Barrister Chief Niyi Aborisade, has extended warm greetings to residents of the state on the occasion of the new month, urging them to remain steadfast as preparations gradually build toward the 2027 general elections.
Aborisade, a governorship aspirant under the ADC, in a goodwill message made available to journalists on Tuesday, called on the people to stay hopeful and committed to the collective progress of the state.
He noted that while the political atmosphere is gradually gathering momentum ahead of the 2027 elections, it is important for citizens not to lose focus on unity, peace, and development.
“Happy new month to the good people of Oyo State. This is a time to renew our hope and strengthen our resolve towards building a better future for our dear state,” he said.
The legal practitioner and politician emphasized the need for resilience among the populace, stressing that meaningful change requires patience, dedication, and active participation in the democratic process.
“As we look ahead to 2027, I urge our people to remain steadfast. Together, we can chart a new course that prioritizes good governance, accountability, and the welfare of all,” Aborisade added.
He further reiterated his commitment to the ideals of the ADC, promising to continue engaging with stakeholders and citizens across the state in pursuit of a shared vision for growth and sustainable development.
