Fast forward four years or thereabout, the story is no longer the same, Oluseye Ademola took a tour of major areas within the Ibadan metropolis and found out that there are no dumpsters anywhere anymore, all roads now wear the same look.
In Places like Iwo road, Oje, Challenge are not different from dump sites as people now dump refuse on the road at will.
He opined that the government should be up and doing by doing by making sure all areas are clean to avoid an outbreak.
