Yul Edochie, a Nollywood actor and director, has urged Nigerians to stop making fun of Bola Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, his age.
Ahead of the 2023 presidential election, Tinubu has drawn criticism due to the issues surrounding his age and health.
Given that the APC leader has recently been frequently to the United Kingdom for medical care, several Nigerians assert that he is over 70 years old and that his health is insufficient for him to lead the country.
On Monday night, Edochie stated via his verified Twitter account that while those who disagree with the national head of the APC are allowed to not vote for him, it is unacceptable to make fun of his age and health.
He continued by saying that becoming older is a blessing and that people making fun of him might not be as fortunate to reach his sort of age.
