The main opposition party in Oyo State, All Progressives Congress (APC) on Tuesday received new set of defectors from the ruling People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Ido Local Government Area.
The 2023 governorship candidate of APC, Senator Teslim Folarin who attended the party local meeting alongside the party’s senatorial candidate for Oyo South, Barr. Sharafadeen Alli joined Ido/Ibarapa-East House of Representatives candidate, Engr. Remi Oseni to receive the decampees.
In attendance at the meeting were Alhaji Kamorudeen Ajisafe, Alhaji Bashorun Oladeji BAO, Alhaji Tajudeen Olatunji, Rt. Hon. Olusegun Odebunmi Bunvic, Alhaji Shina Alabi, Mr. Idris Ajimobi, Alhaji Wale Adedibu, Mogaji Alabi and among other chieftains of the party.
