IYALODE OF IFE CHIEF CECILIA ARAMIDE PASSES ON
High Chief Cecilia Aramide the Iyalode of Ife is dead.
She joined her ancestors early hours of today (Monday 3rd of October) after a brief illness that often associated with old age.
Until her death,Chief Mrs Aramide was the head of Council of Iyalodes in Osun State.
Chief Aramide was a longest serving Iyalode of Ife as she was installed as Iyalode of Ife during the time of Oba Adesoji Aderemi.
The burial rite of IYALODE OF IFE will be announced later by her family.
