Moment Driver Almost Hit LASTMA Officials
Two officials of the Lagos State Traffic Management Agency were almost knocked down by a driver they planned to arrest.
In the video trending on social media on Monday, the offending driver swerved in the direction of the LASTMA officials on the road nearly causing them to fall down, before driving off.
