A video published on Monday appears to show a woman identified as Leavitt (Livet) Felix being confronted by exam supervisors for allegedly sitting a professional examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) on behalf of Dr. Sarah Enoch Adi, Taraba State Commissioner for Finance, Budget & Economic Planning. In the clip, the invigilators question the candidate’s identity; the woman gives her name as Leavitt Felix and, when asked who she is writing for, she mentions “Sarah Enoch Adi.” The footage was released by SaharaReporters and amplified across SaharaTV’s channels.
The report alleges that the suspect said she had been contracted by a person named “Joshua” to take the paper and that she did not personally know Dr. Adi. The exchange in the hall shows supervisors cross-checking registration details against the name Sarah Enoch Adi before escalating the matter. Independent outlets quickly mirrored the story as the clip circulated on social media.
