Our audience have asked us to investigate the procurement of 109 buses by Oyo state government. Here is what we find. The brand of the bus is Daewoo. And the government bought 109. The contract was awarded for N10 billion appoxmately. Therefore each bus was awarded for N92 million each. You can do the math by yourself by dividing N10 billion by 109 buses
However when we visited the website of the manufacturer we discovered that the price they sell each bus is N40 million. You can do the math by converting $75000 into Naira.
