Former MD Costain West Africa Plc, Ayodeji Ismail Karim has picked up his nomination form for Oyo South Senatorial district under the platform of All Progressive Congress, APC moment ago in Abuja.
In a picture taken at International Conference Center, Abuja sent across by one of his media handler , Lekan Sadiq Oladehinde confirmed him in the hot contest Senatorial district of Oyo State that, had already Distinguish Individuals that, have signified interest including incumbent Senator Kola Balogun, who few days ago defected from PDP, having been denied second term ticket by Oyo State Governor, Egnr Seyi Makinde and since settled for Egnr Joseph Tegbe.
Ayodeji Ismail Karim was APC Governorship Aspirant in 2019.
Ayo Karim , born 18 December, 1970 to the family of Dauda Adebayo Karim, Adeniji Compound , Opo-Labiran of Ibadan North East Local Government.
He had his primary education at St George's Boys School, Falomo, Ikoyi, Lagos and his secondary education at Metropolitan college, Isolo, Lagos, before proceeding to South Thames College, Wandsworth, London where he obtained National Diploma in Elecro/Mechanical Sciences. He also holds a degree in Materials Engineering and Engineering Design/ Manufacturing both from the University of Wales and Swansea, UK.
Ayodeji worked as a manager Le pain Croissant limited, Southall, UK, before advancing to Charles Walden & Associates Company Ltd, UK as Project Team lead.
Ayo Karim served as Chief Excecutive Officer, at Fortis Construction Company Ltd and was employed by Costain West Africa Plc, in February, 2007 as Operations Director.
He rose to become Managing Director/ Chief Excecutive Officer of the Construction giant in January, 2010.
He was at a period the youngest CEO, listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange, NSE, ahead of Ladi Subomi- Balogun of FCMB.
He is currently CEO of Winchester Farms, Winchester Homes & Construction. Also into hospitality in Ibadan as owner of Pythagoras Lounge, Felele/ Challenge, Ibadan.
